Make and add a tie to a shirt/full suit

Hello,

I am struggling to add a normal tie to a shirt which is part of a full suit.(men suit) when I get to placing the tie around the neck as it should stay inside the shirt collar it all gets messy and whatever layering I’ve done there was no good end. I am trying to obtain a very realistic business man look, politician maybe and the tie is essential.

I would be grateful for any help!
