little mutch for child

I'm fairly new at Marvelous Designer, but I can manage to make some clothes. So far so good.
But now I like to create a little mutch (hope google translate translated it good, lol) for a child.
Really don't know how to do this.
If somebody can get me to the right path, I really would appreciate it.

As words are only limited, I have this little image to make things clear what I'm searching for.

I did not know the word "mutch"....

I googled and found 2 basic styles. One starts with a piece that lies across the head from ear to ear, with a semi-circular back panel. This is probably the easier type to make:

The second style uses 2 side pieces. It will be more difficult to make, but you can see the pattern shape here:

The pic you posted almost looks like a modern baby's sun hat, which is like a beanie made from 4-6 triangles with a soft "brim" almost like a ruffle:
